Rediscovering Identity Through the Power of I AM and Pure Awareness

After years of “doing” and “achieving,” I’ve been sitting with the question: Who am I? A recent moment of clarity came during my Jay Shetty Life Coaching Certification work; realizing that our identity is shaped by the words we choose to follow I AM.
Deepak Chopra talks about I AM as pure awareness, the part of you that exists before the labels we give ourselves, before the roles, before the expectations. The moment you say “I AM a mom”, “I AM a wife”, 'I AM tired” or “I AM not enough,” you're reinforcing a belief that your mind starts to embody. But the beautiful thing is, we get to choose new words. Empowering ones. Expansive ones.
This realization has led me to explore the space between who I've been and who I'm becoming. It's not just about shedding old labels but about embracing the possibility of new, empowering identities. By consciously choosing the words that follow "I AM," I'm actively shaping the person I aspire to be.
Choose something that lifts you up. And speak it like it's already true.
