This week marks one year of writing this newsletter.
When I started, I didn’t know exactly what it would become. I just knew I wanted a space to share what I was learning, what I was doing, and what felt worth talking about in this stage of life.
For years, I’ve had this idea of I AM Life Solutions, curating a well-lived life. It started as a meditation business and grew into something much bigger. It includes my health coaching and the perspective I’ve developed over time, along with the life coaching tools I’ve learned and naturally weave into the work I do.
This space became where all of that comes together.
Over the past year, this space has been about midlife wellness in the fullest sense, sharing the habits, tools, and honest conversations that make a well-lived life feel genuinely within reach. From food and movement, to honest conversations about aging, perimenopause, and empty nesting, to travel, growth, and things I genuinely love and use.
Because this stage of life isn’t about shrinking things down.
It’s about choosing what’s actually worthwhile.
What adds to your life.
What makes you feel more like yourself.
If I’ve learned anything this year, it’s this:
People aren’t necessarily looking for more information.
They’re looking for something that resonates.
Something that feels real.
Something that helps them navigate where they are right now.
That’s what I hope this space offers.
If you’re here reading, you’re probably in a similar place, figuring out how to feel good in your body, how to handle change, and how to keep creating a life that feels full, connected, and well-lived.
And I’m really glad you’re here.
This started as a creative outlet and a passion project, and it has become something I truly care about showing up for.
I want to thank my husband, Scott, and my assistant, Anna George. Without the two of them, this doesn’t happen. Their patience, support, and belief in what this could become and more have meant everything. They see the bigger picture, sometimes even when I don’t, and I’m incredibly grateful they put up with me, this creative outlet, and all the ideas that come with it.
One year in, and it feels like we’re just getting started. I’m excited to see what this next year brings.
