I’m almost finished with it, and wow, I’m obsessed.
I first heard about this book when Chelsea was interviewed on the Mel Robbins podcast, and I immediately downloaded it on Audible. I haven’t stopped listening since.
It’s smart, honest, and funny. But it’s also deeper than I expected, full of personal stories, therapy breakthroughs, lessons in gratitude, and even her take on meditation. Chelsea shares the highs and lows of her life in such a real, unapologetic way. I found myself thinking, this is one of those books that makes you say, “I want to be like her when I grow up.”
It’s empowering and joyful, and the exact opposite of what I felt reading The Girlfriend’s Guide to Menopause. (Check the I AM Unfiltered section if you missed that.)
If you’re a midlife woman navigating growth, identity, or just need a laugh with some real talk, this is a must-read or listen.
