I’ve officially said goodbye to Tide…

Something I’ve used for as long as I can remember.

Original, Sport, Febreze, Downy… you name it, I used it.

I always thought they smelled so fresh and got the job done…

but once I learned more about what’s actually in them, I couldn’t unsee it.

Things like:

• 1,4-dioxane (linked to liver toxicity and cancer)

• Ethoxylated alcohols (which can damage the gut lining)

• Optical brighteners, synthetic dyes, SLS/SLES, parabens, phosphates…

Not things I want on my skin, in my home, or in our waterways.

So here’s a simple swap:

Buy this 👉 Seventh Generation Lavender 

Not that ❌ Tide (any version) 

Why? It’s plant-based, safer for your skin, and cleaner for the environment.

While I don’t get the overpowering scent I used to love (let’s be honest, it really did smell good)…

I’m getting used to it. The mild lavender scent is calming and clean… and it’s more than fine. 🌿
