Midlife Is Not a Crisis... It's Your Breakthrough

Amy Poehler said it better than most of us ever could.
We have been handed a story about midlife that was never ours to begin with, and letting go of it is where the breakthrough starts.
The narrative goes something like this... you hit 40 or 50, things start declining, and you spend the next decade managing the loss. No wonder so many women feel like they are already behind.
But what if you flipped the whole script? What if this time of life is not the beginning of something ending, but the first time you actually know yourself well enough to build something real?
The women I work with are not falling apart. They are waking up. They are done performing. Done shrinking. Done running on empty while trying to be everything to everyone. They are choosing their health, their energy, and their next chapter on purpose.
And that is breakthrough.
